1. Fixing Hybrids? Change the ship bonuses and the turrets - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Dunno about Gal, but the problem with Hybrids and Caldari don't just revolve around Rails sucking in dps and tracking. Low grid Caldari ships and Rail requirements are a pervasive problem. Just saying it's not only a "fix dps/tracking" whatever...
